1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account, submitting content, or otherwise using The Player Report, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account. The Player Report uses phone verification and other security measures to protect accounts and platform integrity. You may not create duplicate accounts or attempt to bypass account, device, phone, or review restrictions.

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity performed through your account. Notify The Player Report at support@theplayer.report if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not access another person's account or misrepresent your identity.

4. Reviews and Reports

The Player Report allows eligible users to submit positive or negative reviews about businesses or game rooms. Reviews must reflect the submitter's genuine experience and must be accurate to the best of the submitter's knowledge.

Submitting multiple reviews for the same business through alternate URLs, accounts, devices, or other means is prohibited. The platform may associate multiple URLs with one Business ID and enforce review limits using that shared business identity.

A review's presence on the service does not mean that every statement has been independently verified or endorsed by The Player Report.

5. Evidence and Proof

Review submissions require supporting evidence in the form accepted by the service. Evidence may be reviewed for moderation, authenticity, dispute handling, and enforcement. Submission of evidence does not guarantee publication, approval, or a particular designation.

You must have the right to submit the evidence and must avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information. You may not submit altered, fabricated, stolen, misleading, unlawful, or unrelated materials.

6. User Responsibility for Submissions

You are solely responsible for the reviews, ratings, URLs, images, screenshots, communications, receipts, and other materials you submit. You represent that your submissions are truthful, made in good faith, and do not violate applicable law or another person's rights.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use The Player Report to:

• Impersonate another person or business;
• Submit fraudulent, fabricated, misleading, or coordinated reports;
• Spam, harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others;
• Manipulate rankings, ratings, moderation, account limits, or sponsored placement systems;
• Upload malware, unlawful material, or content that infringes privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, scrape protected information, or disrupt the service; or
• Use automated or deceptive methods to create accounts, submit reviews, or influence platform results.

8. Moderation and Investigation

The Player Report may review, hold, reject, approve, restrict, remove, restore, or investigate submissions when reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce these Terms, protect users, or address suspected fraud or abuse. Moderation may consider objective security and authenticity signals as well as submitted content and evidence.

No moderation outcome is guaranteed. The Player Report may request additional information but is not obligated to publish any submission.

9. Business and Game-Room Listings

Business profiles may combine approved URLs associated with the same Business ID. A listing does not establish ownership, affiliation, endorsement, licensing status, safety, or quality. Businesses and users remain responsible for independently evaluating transactions and interactions.

10. Sponsored Placements and Advertising

The Player Report may display sponsored or paid placements from approved advertisers. Sponsored placement is separate from organic review totals and rankings. Sponsorship does not automatically mean that The Player Report endorses, recommends, independently verifies, or guarantees the advertiser, its services, or user experiences.

11. Intellectual Property

The Player Report website, branding, software, design, and original platform content are owned by or licensed to The Player Report and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to users.

12. User-Submitted Content License

You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit. By submitting content, you grant The Player Report a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, moderate, adapt for technical display, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service and enforce these Terms.

This license does not authorize The Player Report to sell SMS opt-in consent or associated mobile information, and it does not change the mobile-information protections stated in the Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Businesses and Information

The Player Report hosts user-generated information about independent third-party businesses and game rooms. The Player Report is not a party to transactions between users and those businesses and does not control their products, services, payment practices, communications, or conduct.

User-generated information may be incomplete, disputed, or inaccurate. You should use independent judgment and conduct appropriate research before relying on a review, rating, listing, or linked third-party site.

14. Service Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Player Report disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

The Player Report does not guarantee that every submission will be published, that every published statement is accurate, or that the service will always be available or error-free.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Player Report and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business arising from use of or inability to use the service, reliance on user-generated content, or dealings with third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

The Player Report may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, threatens platform security or integrity, facilitates fraud or abuse, or creates legal or operational risk. Where appropriate, records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy to protect platform integrity, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations.

17. Changes to the Service or Terms

The Player Report may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, operational practices, or applicable requirements. The current Terms will be posted at https://theplayer.report/terms, and the Last Updated date will identify the current version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
